01Context
Grasso Propiedades is a real estate agency in San Miguel, west of Greater Buenos Aires. I built the site as a proposal to replace their previous website, with their real listings migrated from it.
02The problem
People looking for a property want to filter fast and see everything on a clear listing page; the agency needs to publish without depending on anyone and receive organized inquiries.
03The solution
A fast site with search by operation, property type and area, complete listing pages with a map and direct contact, and an admin panel with users, inquiries and an activity log.
What's included
Search
- Filters by operation, type, town, neighborhood, currency, price, rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, surface area and features
- Sorting by relevance, newest and price, with pagination
- Clean URLs by operation, type and town, built for search engines
Listing page
- Gallery, specifications, amenities, floor plans and video
- Map with exact or approximate location
- Inquiry via WhatsApp or form, plus similar listings
- Valuation, sale and rental request forms
Admin panel
- Create, edit, preview, publish and pause listings
- Photo upload with automatic optimization and metadata removal
- Inquiries with status and notes, areas, users with roles and an activity log

Design and technical decisions
- Structured data for the agency and every listing, so search engines understand the catalog.
- URLs from the previous site redirect to the new ones so no traffic is lost.
- Secure sessions and login attempt limits on the admin panel.
Not included (yet)
- It does not yet replace the agency's official site: it is a proposal under review.
